I learned a lot from that first attempt, and was able to make adjustments so i could complete a full course marathon three months later. A goal is less about accomplishing the goal - it's much more about who you become in the process of achieving the goal. If you write 500 words a day for a hundred and 20 days, you will have written 60 thousand word book. Develop the habit of writing. Make some minor adjustments to your diet and you'll be a lot healthier. It just remains for me now to wish you all a very, very productive week.
