Healthcare - Is There a Compliance in Healthcare?
There is an expectation that simple interactions elsewhere will be replicated here in terms of digital and how you can interact with an interface with the company. That's definitely the expectation. So clearly, it's providing care. The medical action is a lot more complicated than buying something on Amazon or going to one of the Walt Disney parks. But there is that expectation, at least that part of accessing, getting access to care and getting access to information has to be as simple. And in truth, it does not need to be more difficult.
