Tips for Parents Who Have Active Children

The real struggle we see is the adolescent athlete. So playing multiple sports and you go through their training week with the appearance. Some of these, we've got 14 year olds training 24 hours a week a lot of the time. And so it's just the volume of training is immense. But I think from a nutrition perspective, it's really just making sure pay close attention to free during post exercise. If you can start putting those pieces together with a good sound diet, you're going to get a lot of way there.
