i've gone back viga, is what i do. I actually really like a cent protein nsy. It's way bas protein. And it also mixes really well,. Like some proteins, i feel like it like, like clumpy and a sent mixes wih my like a lub. So with all drink like we love a dinks the air. We're it is rint positive. We're jink positive. But i think the big, big lesson is, just get your cowaries from liquids when you're training. Insit. Just don't do it. Just do it in moderation, except intermi fasting, which os at all the time.
