Shift and Different Hierarchical Thinking

Most people, almost by accident are hired for a position that they may not even have considered. Shift and different hierarchical thinking makes that possible. It is hierarchical thinking that keeps us stuck in those, I have to go up and every time I take a different decision it means I'm going down.
