And so data science and machine learning and artificial intelligence looks a lot like IT, except it's more black box. So these operations technology people on the plant floor, whether they're quality engineering, production, maintenance, et cetera, are a little nervous. They're a little hesitant. They don't understand it, but it's moving towards them and they've got to embrace it.
