Magdalene College's Degree Plan

A lot of our audience is teachers or homeschool parents of classical students. We don't offer majors in subjects that we think our students are going to go on and get a career and make money from. We offer majors in literature, history, philosophy and theology. Students come in as freshmen and sophomores and they take this sort of integrated core program of studies. They study it for a year independently guided by a tutor. And then at the end of the year, they present their work to the entire student body.
