Alicia Menendez: One of the biggest worries in the upcoming midterm is election liars who lose, who don't concede, and then spread lies about the results. A recent study out of UC Davis found that 2% of respondents are willing to commit murder to advance a political goal. In a midterm cycle with breaking spending on political ads, GOP has been characterized by lies and misleading spin.
