Is the ACLU of Colorado Having a Mobile Justice App?

The ACLU of Colorado and other states have their own recording app, which I actually have on my phone. And the idea is to record the police, but the video automatically goes to the ACLU servers. So I'm wondering if some of the need for that has diminished because a couple of things have happened. People's phones now are more likely to be, they might have automatic syncing with the cloud.
