The cornerstone of therapy for post thrombotic sindrum is optimalanti coagulation. We recommend that patients are active early and often in advance their activity as they tolerate. And if a patient is struggling, i'll often suggest that they consider a knee high compressive stocking of around 20 millimeters of mercury compression to see if that helps.
