The Alignment System in ARCs Is Simpler Than Oaths

In long ARCs the game has a start that is very similar to oath where we're all part of the same state right everybody starts with the same alignment. There's an important caveat which is that there are these imperial shipsthese old ancient kind of busted up battle cruisers that are sitting around the map and they're like police ships so wherever they're at there's a truce among the imperial players. Players use move actions and a kind of auction to manipulate what parts of the empire actually under ceasefire but it can be overwhelming to someone who doesn't know how card tricks work.
