Is the Prime Minister's Fate in Her Hands?
Sue grey has amassed an enormous amount of power that she doesn't technically have. She does effectively have, but i wonder you can imagine a scenario. There are a number of civil servants who feel very, very uncomfortable about her having the prime minister's fate in her hands. The normal procedure would be to ask if lord gite had broken the ministerial code. That report could only be triggered by the prime minister. This isn't part of this process.
