Extroverts Working From Home Can Be a Serious Problem
Katie, I just want to urge you like this could be a really serious well-being issue from you as an extrovert. So many of us are working from home now and I think it's hard for anyone. Try to go to the library a couple of times a week for a couple of hours that's free. If you know if you're obviously probably can't take like conference calls at the library then there is no point in taking them. You need to find your own after work hobbies like taking a class or calling some friends.
