Getting Rid of Anxiety

The more we appraise an anxious thought, the more our brains fight back and remind us of it. We really get into this struggle with ourselves where we try to get rid of the thoughts or resolve them in some way. So that's why I think sort of going with the anxiety, sort of letting it be there. Often, anxiety declines faster. It becomes easier to manage. And it also provides some evidence to us that I don't have to engage with every anxious thought and feeling.
