The Importance of Dialogue in Meetings

I would call it almost collaboration therapy. I think most of the solutions live in these in these conversations are dialogue. You have to apply talent imagination and foresight into building an idea but the seeds of that direction. When you stick to the brief, if the brief becomes the walls, the guards, the cage, that doesn't permit you to do the very thing you need to do. It's like this non stop treadmill of institutional knowledge that is being dropped on your table or in your mind.
