What's Going on in the Bahamas?
The Bahamas regulator ordered certain post-petition transfers of data assets be made after the case was filed. The liquidator appointed in the Bahamas filed a new bankruptcy case in New York, whereas everything else is going on in Delaware. And so according to someone who attended the LP call that they had a couple of days ago, we can't verify this. So take it with a grain of salt.
