Is God Creating a Natural System?

I worry that the concept of animal a tat, that the pain, for example, thike god could create animals no having pain. We qualify humans so much tey're not really human or free any more. Why can't god make animals that don't suffer in a natural ecosystem? That's my concern. I seems almost like a limit n of imagination.
