Looking Back and Pulling the Joy Out of the Year

I'm very much in the mode of reflecting on the year, and i really want to pull out some positives out of this year. Thi sthere's a lot of negative if you want to focus on that. And one of my things that i'm very much focused on at the moment is looking back and looking for the positives. Then there they're just a little bit harder to find, toven the obvious big things ad have. I think we can talk about it on the next show, sorto how we're approaching next year, new year's whether we do resolutions and goals and all that flanning process.
