Mentoring and Mentorship in the 21st Century

I do think there is space for those relationships to develop as well in this time possibly just from a lot cold long shot email on a Tuesday afternoon or a Wednesday morning whatever it might be. Yeah and I think that those seeds can then grow in interface to face encounters so on mentoring um the idea that you might ask someone's mentorship or advice on a very specific subject could be powerful. Why not have more reverse mentoring why not have more business leaders asking for somebody in their early 20s if they can ask for their advice about how they engage with social media he says in a terribly cliched way but you knowUm you know I think those long shots could happen as well.
