And then go back to the pleasant or unpleasant feeling which triggered the reaction. Because when you feel the second dart, it actually can serve as a mindfulness bell, reminding us that we overlooked the initial feeling. Okay, so the practice and recognition, the practice of recognizing and being mindful of these feelings leads to the second step in our deepening insight. We start to see more and more clearly the impermanent and ephemeral nature of all of these feelings.
