What's Motivating Racism?

The study used pictures of an East Asian male as displayed in the experiment and telling them of different national origin. The baseline is Chinese person in mainland China. One third are randomized to know this person as Japanese in Japan, while one third were informed this person as an East Asian American in New York City. We want to see if our respondents react to people's national origins as a source upon which they could make some categorical judgment or prejudice.
