Is There an Oscar for Child Acting?

Dakota fanning's performance is like a tough i performance of the 21st century. If real arson is in silver linings playbook it's fine pretty good there is probably like one other child actor on the planet that we have doesn't even know exists that could probably do it to kota fanning. Why isn't there an Oscar for child acting you know people have talked about that because there's been years well when i think shawn and i did something once a couple years ago about if they added Oscar categories  it would obviously be best comedy sure dad but should there be like an under 12 Oscar?
