Peter Dutton: The Right Leader to Deliver Policy-Led Recovery

I strongly support Peter Dutton as leader, and I think he's a leader for the times that we're in. No one has better credentials on that than Peter. He's very well placed to advance a positive economic agenda for the Liberal Party. The cupboard was too bare when it came to the economic reform agenda. If you don't offer voters a choice, if you don't give them a competing agenda, then the election will be defined by other issues. It'll be defined by issues that your opponents choose to define it on. And we allowed them to do that, and that was one of reasons why I think we lost.
