What Is False Doctrine?

I think we know a great ass pretty close to what doctrine is now what is sound doctrine. False doctrine would be anything that deviates from scripture or What scripture says about the gospel of Christ which is leading us unto salvation and it has to be sound because we have to believe The right things in order to receive salvation.
