Insight can make an intractable problem tractable with an insight, he says. An example is a chessboard covered in 32 domino stones that cover exactly two fields of the board. When you remove diagonally opposite pieces, they are in the same color and then it's no longer possible to completely cover the board by dominoes. In other words, every time you place a piece, you're kind of keeping the parody, you're always covering one white square and one black square right? Exactly.
