The Truth About Reconstruction
Reconstruction was a grassroots movement to rebuild the country in ways that prioritize equity and justice on an unprecedented scale. The Zinn Education Project spoke to teachers across the country about what is being taught in public schools today when it comes to reconstruction. Many of these teachers asked to remain anonymous because they didn't want to be targeted by Moms for Liberty, which has put a bounty on their heads.
