A, some of the same things. I really loved tat em that i could connect with the people and i had stewardship and responsibility. But i also loved the things that i learned through that experience. A early on in my n my mba experience, i went through a leadership class. Ands part of that we had to do a three 60 review. It was all anonymous, but it was a very clear piece of feedback that i got.
