How Do We Help Our Children Survive in Catastrophy?

How do you know at all that your children are going to make it, they're going to survive? I imagine that the young girl who called out for help, as described by one of the witnesses, another child that was in the school,. potentially in the same classroom where police officers, said, yell out if you hear me. And the child said, over her or help. The shooter went to that child and killed them. So with that being said, how do we look at our children?
