The Value of Segment

Segment started out as a developer tool, but now companies see it as saving their developers' time. It's such an amazing insight to start thinking about things from the customer's perspective and how much value they are providing. Once you hit on that, then it turned into kind of a process of talking to customers like what your product was worth.
