The Dangers of Diversity in Tech Conversations

I worry that these diversity in tech conversations are really just kind of a passing trend. I would love to have $50 million to just throw around, by the way. Do you worry about that? Yeah, absolutely. And it is, you know, because it's just like a buzzword or a hot topic that people not don't truly understand the issues. Some companies might be see opportunity in that and get into helping to, or being a part of the conversation for the wrong reasons.
