The Importance of Fiscal and Monetary Policy
The 10-year treasury still hovering around 1% for a lot of people doesn't seem to make much sense. What's really interesting, and I think fixed income investors have to consider this, is that you can beat an index by 200 basis points and still have a negative return. Think about MMT as a new thesis or a new theory on how monetary policy should be conducted along with fiscal policy.
