How Would I Enforce the Kenyan Coffee Law?

As a coffee buyer like how would I enforce that because let's say we buy from Kenya the Kenyan coffees are regarded as one of the highest quality coffees in the world. Most of the coffees are produced by small holder farmers they have maybe one hectare of land so they actually go and sell their coffee cherry to a cooperative who makes the processing and drying and export. So when I buy a Kenyan coffee it might be coffee coming from 500 farmers that bulks up and becomes a batch of coffee that I buyHow would I enforce? You know obviously a lot of times it's family-peeking but still you know we have no guarantee that there's no kids on the farm helping
