Introduction
Jim Bightler has produced a fascinating work called Seasoned Speech. The book's title comes from a passage in Colossians in which Paul talks about having our speech be seasoned with salt. One of the reasons we're interviewing Jim for the Wade podcast is he has one chapter dedicated to rhetoric of C.S. Lewis and another chapter dedicated to the rhetoric of Dorothy Sayers. He uses those two people as exemplars of powerful rhetoric.
