How to Train for a Triathlon

As you get closer to the test, I would start to inject the ACFT equivalent of brick training into your training plan. The plank feels harder than it does when they were training. It's a whole different beast jumping off a bike and going straight into a run. You can get as creative as you want to with this. This is definitely going to set you up for success in performing well on it.
