The FCC has to certify that you have not made something that's going to interfere with all the electronic equipment around it. So when you're building a rack level system and you walk in to go get compliance, they are measuring you against these much smaller systems. You just find that, you know, time and time again, there are few in the industry that are thinking at the rack level.
