Is There a Pandemic to Day?

Change management is about expectations and accont abilities. I think the world will be more chaotic to morrow, because ther won't be pandemic, buthere will be something else. So we're gong to continue having this effect of more and more chaos. And how do we even deal with this? How do we build the endurance, the skills, the capabilities,. knowing that things around us will continue to change so quickly all the time?
