How to Make a Change

Sally Kohn: I think one of the big messages of my book and my research is, well, it depends what are the barriers. That's how you make the change. We need to be more comfortable actually telling ourselves that this is an experiment and it's not the end. And so you ideally make a few pivots, right? You try a few different things and treat those as data that you're gathering.
