How Do You Help Your Patients Prioritize?
You never want to just do a whole bunch of crazy things at once you're just going to burn out so what I like is starting out with exactly what you're eating now and substituting out versions that are slightly higher protein or fiber and slightly lower in carbs and fats. Instead of eating the fattiest bacon every morning for breakfast maybe I'll eat like Canadian bacon instead it's going to have double the protein percent lot lower energy density high study per calorie.
