How to Make Your Strength Training More Representative

In the weight room, maybe with lots of times we've just got kettlebells and dumbbells and barbells. And I guess how in that context can a strength coach provide something that's a little more context? I think the first thing is really understanding the movements that your athletes do in their environment. So for example, if you think about volleyball, if it's someone's diving or digging for a ball, their knees and their ankles are in pretty awkward and range positions. We also can tie in variability in the weight room.
