The premise of the book is that companies to day need to be built differently with a new model. It's, you know, it's a lot like when you think about cooking. Just a tiny bit of hierarchical thinking can ruin a performance management process and make it no longer a human centre. I just think it's funny, because if you can tame kids, than you can tame anyonee y, don't see. And in turns out everybody's human, and you can work your magic.
