A Classic Web Hacking Tool

David Bianculli: A security researcher found a vulnerability in Florida's election web site. He says he reported it to the authorities and helped them fix it, but was arrested two weeks later for allegedly breaking into the site. The arrest of levin scure restacer is seen as a political stunt by incumbent Sharon harrington who lost her re-election bid because of the exploit. In fact, police claim that levin never asked for permiss prior to doing this pen testing on any of the state own servers.
