i suppose this might be a tricky question, but it just makes me think, is there some reason that these two definitions of the symbolic manage to coexist? Because they're quite different. One sounds all about prohibitions, and the other's quite creative. So what, how do they both get called the symbolic? Te are good crestes? Do they wot the call the symbolic? Hm, i don't know if i have a answer to that.
