Fodor wrote a pracy to the book in BBS, the journal Behavioral Brain Sciences. The format of this journal is somebody writes a target article. In this case, it was Fodor just describing what his book was about. But there is one thing that even if you don't want to read the book, there is... He's essentially like a hugely prolific cognitive psychologist who studied mostly intelligence.
