How to Mobilize Your Ribcage

For me where there's joints we should have movement so I think that's a simple thing for me. We can get stronger locally at each individual tissue and each individual joint but a body when you look at the best athletes in the world, they look very efficient with their movement. They share load across their whole body every single thing comes to the party. It doesn't mean I have to be a contortionist or do big huge movements or anything like that as long as I've got access to some movement.
