The Importance of Proving Something to Be True

There aren't enough behavioral health specialists in the country. Those that are out there have often gone off the grid and don't take insurance anymore. I do hear payers talking about ways to bring them in, but I rarely hear them saying, let's just pay them a whole lot more. Is that just not possible? Why is that not discussed?
