You've Got a Medium Term Vision, Right?

I've been surprised by how much progress you can make on building that thing over the course of a year or two. But also how messy the process feels internally and how it often feels like, oh wow, I'm just like making all of this up. Maybe a better approach is to be quite open to iterating and testing and studyingQuite small and kind of changing your best guess at the plan as you go along. And now it is like, okay, we've now also got this long term vision for given all these learnings and the different things that we've tried. We've now focused on one of them and we want to like, we've got a long-term vision
