Todd Bolzinger: Different sizes of churches do require different kinds of leadership. One of the adaptive things there is learning to lead perhaps in a smaller scale than what you were previously experienced with. Disturment comes out of that, so it's a really good moment for us to rethink the whole notion of what is going to be blessed and not just assume the paradigms of the past.
