How to Deal With Anxiety
Anxiety is one of the most like rampant kind of things, you know, going on. For me, starting to battle against anxiety was one of the biggest tools that I found. And so what I realized was that if I can actually just be right here right now, like, if I can just engage in what I would now call the sacrament of the present moment, it goes away. That narrative actually starts to go away, but it's like a muscle. Like you have to exercise that ability to engage with your senses in the present moment.
