How to Renew the Covenant With Ezra's Exiles

Ezra, the scribe of a priestly origin shows up in Jerusalem and he gets there. He sees some problems with how things are going with the exiles and whips them into shape again. And here we get something that's kind of reminiscent of Deuteronomy,. almost like a reinvigorating of the covenant.
