The SEC's Back on a Spot Bitcoin ETF

The Securities and Exchange Commission is putting some Wall Street giants on notice after an onslaught of filings for spot Bitcoin ETFs. The financial regulator apparently told both NASDAQ and CBOE Global Markets that the fresh wave of applications filed in the last two weeks are inadequate, adding that the filings lack clarity and comprehensiveness.
